We're looking to share half of our sunlight-filled space as a studio office with a like-minded creative entity. 

Perfect for a small organization of 2-4 people seeking a spacious creative workspace.  Our modular space can be easily reconfigured and designed to be a home base for you.  And your team can expect to have full use of the entire space, 925 sq feet, the majority of the time during the week. 

$1,300/month including wifi and utilities. Minimum commitment 3 months.
