JAYMES DEC
CO-FOUNDER: Jaymes is the Tech Integrator and Fab Lab Administrator at the Marymount School of New York. Previously, Jaymes was the Program Manager at GreenFab, a program for students from the South Bronx that taught STEM skills through classes on sustainable design and green technologies. A piece of Dec history trivia, he also co-started a successful scavenger hunt company, cityHUNT. A graduate of the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at NYU, Jaymes has taught makers of all grade levels between kindergarten and graduate school.
HSING WEI
CO-FOUNDER: Hsing Wei is an interaction designer, convener, and tinkerist. She’s been a part of the start up team of various serious games and digital learning initiatives, such as Quest to Learn and Games for Change. After spending time at Harvard and MIT, she still enjoys campus-life and has taught from time to time at Parsons School of Design. She's facilitated individuals and institutions in hands-on prototyping and always has new projects brewing.
JON SANTIAGO
CO-FOUNDER: Jon works with schools, cultural institutions and community based organizations to create after school programs that promote knowledge in STEM. He has also worked with MakerBot Industries to develop 3-D printing curriculum and professional development workshops for teachers. Jon graduated from the MIT where he worked with the FabLab program.
Oya Kosebay
PARTNER: Oya is an Industrial Product Designer and Maker with a passion for technology & education. She co-created and ran a Girls Technology Camp at Adler Planetarium before acquiring her Masters degree from ITP, NYU. Her latest focus is to create physical interpretations of programming languages to find tactile ways to explain coding. She loves making animations, illustrations, and she designs jewelry when she is not developing curriculum or playing with electronics.
